Acceptance of Terms
By using the Guided Vision Enterprises LLC website, submitting the customer signup form, or otherwise participating in the Guided Vision Enterprises LLC customer program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the Guided Vision Enterprises LLC Privacy Policy.
